Painting & Drawing

Mehran is born in Esfahan, Iran in 1985. He was interested in painting and drawing from childhood, while he was becoming familiar with the basic elements of visual arts in kindergarten. But he started to pursue art professionally at the age of 17th.

He started to teach drawing in an art gallery when he was 18th and eventually found his own art gallery under the name of “Mehran Art Gallery” when he reached 20th.  Working as an art teacher in his own art gallery, he mastered charcoal drawing in a unique realistic style and managed to improve in Oil Painting dramatically.

In 2008, he decided to quit his Art Gallery and travel to Australia to study art academically. He currently is a student of Visual Arts and has managed to participate in several solo and group exhibitions in Melbourne including “Bright Space Gallery”, “Frankston Art Centre”.

In 2010 he managed to win the “BEST IN THE SHOW” prize in a group exhibition in “Oak Hill gallery” in Mornington.
