Arash Zanganeh

Arash Zanganeh having License Degree in Fine Arts from Faculty of Art of Elm & Farhang (Science and Culture), player, researcher, and instructor of rhythm in Iranian music and percussion instruments, born in 1976 in Tehran, son of the late Ali Asghar Khan Zanganeh (head of the workshop manufacturing Iranian instruments, Iranian Music Preservation and Promulgation Center), started his musical activities in 1986 in a music-lover family and entered into the beautiful world of music with vast research on Iranian local and folklore music in areas such as Kurdestan, Karand, Kermanshah, Systan va Balouchestan, and finally with research in Classical music of Iran and other nations. Recorded his first work (titled “Amorous and Dispersed”) in collaboration of cultural institutes (Sarang Music, Tamashagah Raz Music, Fakhteh Music, Orang Music, Tehran University, Karaj University, Fine Arts Center of Karaj, Tarannom Mehr Music Institute of Shahriar).

His art activities are as follows:

- Performing in Research Concerts of Iranian Art University and Have been cooperating with Iranian Music Association in holding concerts in recen years
- Recording and Live Concert in the honour of Master Jalil Shahnaz in collaboration with Tamashagah Raz Music Center and in Vahdat Hall along with Aron Group, 1997
- Manager in Tamashagah Raz Music Center and instructor of percussion instruments for two years (Tehran), 1998-2000.
- Taking part in 14th ,21th  ,22th ,Fajr Music Festival, Vahdat Hall, Tehran, 1998.
- Performance in Iranian Grand Music Tour in Australia upon invitation of Iranian Music Protection and Promulgation Center in Australia and Budgettel Company along with Zolfonoon Music Group. 
- Winning Sydney World Percation Music Festival along with superior player Body Sing, June 1999.
- Recording “Dolat Eshgh” work as supervisor of recording, compiler, and tambourine (Daf) player, 2000. The composer of the work was Jalal Zolfonoon and its singer was Masoud Nourian. The work has been registered in Iranian Music Association and has been archived in National Works of Music Association.
- Manager General of Music Association of University Art of Tehran, for one year, 2001.
- Giving Iranian Music Concert in collaboration with Iranian Music Association, Vahdat Hall, Zolfonoon Music Group, 2002.
- Performance in Oriental Music Exchange (Tajali Program) in India sponsored by Iranian Embassy and Cultural Attaché in New Delhi and in collaboration with I.C.C.R great cultural Institution in India.  November 2000.
- Recording “Raqs-e-Besmel” directed by Mozaffar Alikhan and with singing the great female mystic Abdeh Parwin, November 2000.
- Recording “A Rumi in Amir Khosrow Land” in honour of Mevlana Jaleddin and Amir Khosrow Dehlavi in India, November 2000. This work, directed by Mozafar Alikhan, was recognized as “Distinguished World” music in year 2000, directed by Mozaffar Alikhan.  November 2000.
- Heading Sufi Percussion Group with great performance in Fine Arts Center of Karaj in Karaj, Gorgan, and Qazvin cities and Qeshm Island in collaboration with Golpakhsh Company, 2003-2004.
- Instruction of Film Music and Art Aesthetic in University of Art, Karaj Branch, 2004.
- Manager of Holding Festival of Qeshm Free Zone for one year, 2004.
- Performance in Music Grand Symposium in Milad Hall (Karaj) in collaboration with Ertebat Gostar Sociant Company along with Soufi Group, 2005.
- Performance in Mevlana Jalaleddin Mohamamd Balkhi (Rumi) in Collaboration with Mevlana House in Koniya (Turkey), 735th Year of Mevlana Death, 2005.
- Participating in Second Symposium in Acknowledgement of Two Graet Philosophers of the East (Avicenna and Avennasar) in collaboration with The Medical Sciences University of Central Province (Arak).   September 2006
- Art Manager of Symposium in Acknowledgement of Mevlana Jalaleddin Mohammad Balkhi (Rumi) in Collaboration with Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Municipality of Karaj in Milad of Karaj.
- Accompanying in the Mevlana’s Congress for the sake of this ascent in
Congress ‘hall in Konya in Turkey from 2005 up to 2010 uninterruptedly.
- Production of Seven Realms of Love as composer and player percussion instruments along with Sufi Art Group. Spring 2007
- Being Art Director of “Seven Realms of Love” film in collaboration with Sufi Art Group CO. The director Group of the film were Leila Honari , S.A.Vahdati & A.Zanganeh,  Summer and Autumn 2007.
- Production of (Ultimate of Silver) as composer and player percussion instruments along with Chaharbagh Institute. Summer 2008
- Performance in Iranian Grand Music Tour in Australia upon invitation PEYVAND Publication in OLD Australia with Zolfonoun Music Group.  Feb 2009
- Participating in MULTI-FAITH  MULTI-CULURAL  CONCERT In Brisbane City Hall (QLD Australia) - Griffith University  Mult-Fath Center, March 2009.
- Production of (Under Anemone Rain) as Art Director and player percussion instruments along with Sufi Art Group. Summer 2009
- Production of (BE PEARL WITHOUT THE SHELL) as composer and player percussion instruments along with Sepidarmusic. Fall 2009
- International member in Silk Road Ensemble supported by INDIANA UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENTS (USA). AUGUST, 2009
